Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and  agreed the following terms and conditions.

We are committed to make your shopping experience hassle free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Exchange Process (Only valid for shipment delivered within INDIA):

• Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of order. You must email at mirajewels7@gmail.com with live images of the product with original packaging and genuine reason for exchange.
• Please mention your name, contact number, address and product & order details in the mail.
• Shipping charges for the return has to be borne at the customer's end.
• Once the product is received at our head office. The product will undergo a quality check. A credit note will be issued, against which you can purchase something within a month of exchange.
• Pls note: The shipping charges for the new product picked in exchange would be free.
• We do not have a refund policy.

We (Mira Jewels) offers Lifetime Exchange for another products worth 40% of the original piece’s value (Selling Price) on pieces worth Rs 10,000 or more.

 Note : This policy is only valid if the original copy of the invoice has been maintained and the piece is returned in it’s original condition with zero non-repairable damages.

 *For customized or re-designed pieces, the activation of the Exchange policy is upon the discretion of the Mira Jewels Team.
